SF Studios vahvisti julkaisevansa ensi vuoden puolella ainakin seitsemän Paramountin kataloginimikettä 4K-tallenteina. Flashdance (1983), Beverly Hills -kyttä (1984), Juokse tai kuole (1987), Firma (1993), Truman Show (1998), Vanilla Sky (2001) ja Ytimessä (2003) tulevat kauppoihin viimeistään keväällä.
Kyttä ja Juokse. Core on tullut jo hankittua muualta (minulla on pehmeä kohta tuollaisille katastrofi/tekno/SciFi hömpille) Linkistä selvisi, että kotimaisilla tekstityksillä on tulossa myös tuo Cameronin nelikko UHD:nä, joten ei ihan kuollut ja kuopattu ole fyysinen Suomessakaan. Hieno juttu kaiken kaikkiaan.
Kiva kuulla, vaikka aika viiveellä tulevat muihin Euroopan maihin nähden ja pari noista olen jo Saksan versioina haalinutkin. Uskon kuitenkin vasta sitten, kun ovat julkaistu. Mikäli joistakin noista ei ole pohjoimaisia tekstityksiä jo julkaistuilla levyillä, niin olen hieman skeptinen, että tehtäisiin uusia levyjä näille markkinoille.

En ole koskaan edes kuullut Starman TV-sarjasta. Pakkohan tuota oli heti käydä IMDB:ssä tutkimassa. Aika kovia arvosanoja ja hyviä arvosteluita sarjasta löytyi. Elokuva on tietysti yksi lemppareista ja pakkohan tuo on hankkia ja nyt vielä bonuksena on tuo TV-sarja. On tämä hienoa aikaa.

Ei näytä olevan tietoja mistään muualta kuin USA:sta? Ehkäpä Disney julkaisee nämä sitten myöhemmin ensi vuonna muualla maailmassa tai sitten ovat aprikoineet, ettei maksa vaivaa. Pistää miettimään, että onko näistäkin elokuvista tiedossa kolmen/neljän levyn SE julkaisut jouluksi 2024? Ainakin nuo kannet on varmasti tarkoituksella noin susirumat, että vähintään tyylikkäämpi steelbook on tulossa.

Cameronin 4K:t tippuneet Primeen katsottavaksi. Ei kuvakaappausten perusteella toi True Lies kovin vahvalta näytä. Tässä pahin näkemäni vahakasvo.
