Part 3 - Opening titles need to be corrected JGTH Unrated - Missing a scene (Definitely a missing shot in the unrated JGTH of the guy outside the diner getting his wrist snapped. Again, very obvious.) Freddy vs. Jason blu-ray boxissa on vuoden 2009 julkaisu, eikä 2012 "Tin" blu-ray. 2009: Disc size is 27,830,874,314 bytes (25.92 GB) vs 2012: Disc size is 30,746,430,170 bytes (28.63 GB) Jollakin on enemmän ongelmia saadun boxin kanssa Naarmuuntuneet levyt ovat kyllä pepusta The films which seem to have little to no problems: Friday the 13 part 3 3D Friday the 13th the final chapter Friday the 13th part 5 a new beginning Films with scratches and/or scuffs: Friday the 13th part 6 Jason lives (scratches) Jason X (scuffs and scratches) Freddy vs Jason (small scratches along the outer rim of the disk) Friday the 13th Bonus material - Disk 1 (scratches and scuffs) Films with fingerprints and/or scratches: Friday the 13th 1980 theatrical version (fingerprint and scratches near it) Friday the 13th part 2 ( fingerprint with small scratches near it) Friday the 13th part 7 The new blood (large fingerprint and scratches near it) Friday the 13th part 8 Jason takes Manhattan (fingerprint with small scratches near it) Friday the 13th Bonus material - Disk 2 (fingerprints and small scratches) Films with other problems: Friday the 13th 1980 uncut version (noticeable amount of dirtyness. Not sure what it is) Friday the 13th - remake (scratches and little pock marks, as if the disk had been pricked over and over with something sharp) Jason goes to hell - unrated version (fingerprints and similar pock marks as the remake) Jason goes to hell -theatrical version (some odd smudge on edge of the disk. Not a fingerprint, very small smudges throughout the disk) Only 3 disks out of 16 seem to have no problems! And that’s that I was being very kind in dismissing a lot of stuff as negligible.. lähde blu.ray foorum
Tietenkin SFllä niitä on tapahtunut suhteettoman paljon.
Julkaisujen kuvanlaatu on kuin Oliver "Best in the World" Krekelin luotsaaman Platinum Cult/Classic Cult Collection valikoimasta: se täytyy itse nähdä.
^Olet aivan oikeassa Vestron Videon ala-arvoisista julkaisuista. Ehdottomasti kuvallisesti ja aikaisemman hintapoliitiikan suhteen. Käytäntö hinnan suhteen on ilmeisesti muuttunut, kun kahden uusimman julkaisun hinnat ovat hiukan yli 10 euroa. Vestron Videon ekstrat levyillä ovat erittäin laadukkaita esim David Cronenbergin kommenttiraita Shivers elokuvassa. Kuvanlaadullisesti Shivers on mielestäni sama kuin Arrowin julkaisu. Vestron Video voisi silti myydä leffojensa julkaisuoikeudet jollekkin muulle.
FRIDAY THE 13th REPLACEMENT DISC PROGRAM Affected Discs: PART 3 (When viewing in 3D) – First instance of 3D opening credits does not come out of the screen correctly. PART 9: JASON GOES TO HELL (Unrated Cut) – Missing “snapped wrist” gore in an uncut scene. PART 10: JASON X: Missing audio during a scene in the film in which Jason kills camp counselors in a sleeping bag. https://www.shoutfactory.com/blog/friday-the-13th-replacement-disc-program/ Jälleen hienoa toimintaa Shout Factorylta!
Eikö olisi halvempaa laittaa nämä levyt testaukseen puolelle tusinalle hard core fanille? Kun ne joka tapauksessa joutuu suurennuslasin alle?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Roman-Holiday-Remastered-Blu-ray-Region/dp/B08KQS2Z12 Roman Holiday britti-julkaisu tulossa.
Powerhouse/Indicatorin tammikuun slate: (Terence Young, 1972) Release date: 18 January 2021 Limited Edition Blu-ray (UK Blu-ray premiere) Based on the disclosures of mobster Joe Valachi, as recounted in Peter Maas’ best-selling biography and at a sensational congressional hearing, The Valachi Papers tells the story of one man’s brutal journey through the ranks of the Cosa Nostra, and a betrayal that would reveal the secrets of the Mob to the world. Terence Young (From Russia with Love) skilfully renders the clandestine world of violent gangsters in this stylish European co-production which benefits from thrilling action, a no-nonsense central portrayal from Charles Bronson (Breakout), and impressive ensemble performances from Lino Ventura (The Medusa Touch), Joseph Wiseman (The Garment Jungle) and Jill Ireland (The Valdez Horses). A surprisingly thoughtful film, The Valdez Horses sees Bronson play a half-breed rancher whose solitary life taming wild horses is upended when three people enter his life: a young runaway (Vincent Van Patten), a corrupt land owner (Marcel Bozzuffi, The French Connection), and his beautiful sister (Jill Ireland, Breakout, The Valachi Papers). Beautifully filmed in mountains of Almería, Spain, a quintessential Spaghetti Western location, Sturges’ film contrasts fist fights and shootouts with considered characterisation and an unexpectedly melancholy tone. When his boss (Susan Sarandon, The Hunger) announces she is going straight and John encounters an old flame he still loves, his life is thrown into crisis. Wes Studi (The Last of the Mohicans) gives a dignified central performance as the eponymous Native American hero and is ably supported by Gene Hackman (Cisco Pike), Jason Patric (The Lost Boys), Robert Duvall (Badge 373) and, in an early role, Matt Damon, who all play his adversaries in the US cavalry. Unjustly neglected upon its original release, Geronimo benefits from John Milius and Larry Gross’s respectful, considered screenplay which is elevated by the epic sweep of Walter Hill’s direction. A visually stunning film that beautifully captures the vastness of the frontier landscape, Hill’s film is given extra poignancy by Ry Cooder’s moving score.
