Ja takaisin käsikseen: Dark Waters (1993) 11.4. by Severin Films.
+1. edit.
Tuo tulkinta on yksin omasi.

Tosin varmaan turha odotella tuolta suuria.

We will then be happy to send you a replacement copy free of charge.
Toivottavasti 101 Films, Umbrella Entertainment ymn. julkaisijat alkaisivat tulevaisuudessa tekstittämään (vaikka SDH tekstein) julkaisujaan. Australialainen Umbrella oli vastannut kyselyyn heidän julkaisemastaan Alien Nation blu-raysta puuttuvista tekstityksistä avaruusolioiden puheiden osalta. "Dear R_U, Thanks for your email however I am afraid none of the copies have subtitles for that Alien dialogue, even in cinemas. I am sorry about that. Hope it helps." WELL GOn julkaisu olisi ulkonäöllisesti itselleni mieluisempi. Arrow luultavasti voittaa esim. kuvan osalta? http://phantasmarchives.blogspot.nl/
Nuo Well Go:n minimalistiset I-V kannet ovat hienot. Yhtään Phantasm-elokuvaa en ole nähnyt, joten elokuvista en osaa sanoa mitään.
Well Go -julkaisu on helvetin paljon houkuttelevampi mitä kansikuviin ja hyllytilan varaamiseen tulee, mutta Arrown replikapallo on esteettisesti konkreettisempi osa kokonaisuutta, vaikka sisältö tässä(kin) määrää laadun. Arrown päätös sisällyttää saagan alkuperäiset kansikuvakonseptit boksin mukana tulevaan kirjaan on laiha lohtu, kun katsoo digikansiin päätyneitä vedoksia. Toisaalta, mitähän lie siitäkin tullut, jos originaalikuvat olisi typistetty tuohon tilavuuteen. Kaikesta huolimatta PHANTASTISTA, että koko sarjan saa HD:nä hyllyyn vihdoin, vaikka fakta II-osasta puuttuvasta 5.1-äänimiksauksesta pänniikin. Suurin odotus luonnollisesti kohdistuu ensimmäisen osan kuvanlaatuun sekä Arrow ja Well Go -julkaisujen mahdollisiin teknisiin eroavaisuuksiin, jotka toivottavasti jäävät korkeintaan nimellisiksi.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly 50th Anniversary Blu-ray Edition Kino Lorber have confirmed that they are preparing a brand new 50th Anniversary Blu-ray edition of director Sergio Leone's classic western The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966), starring Eli Wallach, Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef, Aldo Giuffrè, and Luigi Pistilli. The two-disc set will arrive on the market this summer. Synopsis: By far the most ambitious, unflinchingly graphic and stylistically influential western ever mounted, The Good The Bad And The Ugly is an engrossing action shot through with a volatile mix of myth and realism. Clint Eastwood returns as the "Man With No Name," this time teaming with two gunslingers to pursue a cache of $20,000-and letting no one, not even warring factions in a civil war, stand in their way. From sun-drenched panoramas to bold hard close-ups, exceptional camera work captures the beauty and cruelty of the barren landscape and the hardened characters who stride unwaveringly through it. Forging a vibrant and yet detached style of action that had not been seen before, and has never been matched since, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly shatters the western mold in true Eastwood style. ^ Ymmärtääkseni tuo Scream Factoryn kasvokirjaan tasaisin väliajoin kuluvan vuoden aikana ilmestyvä "A Look Back at" -päivitys tahi tarkemmin sen tarkoitus on ainoastaan juhlistaa julkaisijan viisi vuotista taivalta fyysisen median parissa, muistelemalla alkutaipaleen iloja, tuotannon vaikeuksia sivuuttamatta.
Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D/4K remastering As Terminator fans around the world anticipate the theatrical re-release of “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” this summer with a brand new 3D conversion, Studiocanal is already prepping for its home video release. And apparently, fans won’t have to be waiting long to add the newest rendition of this science fiction classic to their home video library! Studiocanal has reportedly confirmed that the Blu-ray release for “Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D” will debut this year, in the second half of 2017, likely on retail shelves in time for the holidays. This is certainly good news for all the fans around the world that live in countries that might not benefit from a theatrical cinema release. Of course you’ll need a 3D television to enjoy the 3D conversion, but fans with out such luxuries will still be able to enjoy a beautiful 4K remastering, resulting in the best looking version of T2 to date. There is no information at press time in regards to new special features, audio commentaries, and if the fan favorite remastered Special Edition of T2 will ever see the light of day.
Tämä jos mikään pitäisi olla 4K UHD-julkaisu. 3D?
